At RODEO-JAPAN Pine-Avenue, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our authentic Japanese fashion. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return shipping label and send the package through a traceable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
